Septic Truck Driver Class B CDL
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Septic Truck Driver to join our team and contribute to the efficient and safe operation of our septic waste management services. The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to safety, exceptional driving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. As a Septic Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper collection and disposal of septic waste while upholding our company’s standards of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Operation of Septic Truck:

- Safely operate a septic truck equipped with vacuum pumps and hoses to collect and transport septic waste.
- Ensure the proper operation of the truck’s equipment, performing regular maintenance checks and addressing any issues promptly..

- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving the septic truck.

Portable Restroom Driver
Position Overview
Team Arnold’s is seeking a dedicated and responsible Portable Restroom Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering and servicing portable restrooms at various locations along designated routes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, physical fitness, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a company vehicle to transport and deliver portable restrooms to assigned locations according to established routes and schedules.
- Efficiently load and unload portable restrooms onto the delivery truck, ensuring secure placement and adherence to safety protocols.
- Set up and arrange portable restrooms at event sites, construction sites, and other designated locations, ensuring proper positioning and accessibility guidelines.
- Service and clean portable restrooms, including emptying waste tanks and replenishing supplies to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
- Utilize company iPad to record delivery and service details accurately.
- Communicate effectively with customers and respond to inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations, ensuring the safe operation of the delivery vehicle and equipment.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize routes, plan efficient schedules, and ensure timely deliveries and pick-ups.
- Maintain an organized workspace within the delivery vehicle and follow company policies for cleanliness and organization.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or irregularities to management promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in operating delivery vehicles, preferably with knowledge of driving routes.

Lead Diesel Technician
Position Overview
As a Lead Diesel Tech. at Arnold’s Environmental, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing diesel engines in our specialized vehicles, including portable restrooms, septic trucks, and related equipment. Your expertise will contribute to our ability to provide efficient and reliable services to our valued customers. Being a team player is essential as you will collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our fleet of 25 (+) vehicles. As a Lead Tech, you will be required to attain your OSHA Safety Certification via employer-provided training, to promote a safe shop environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of diesel engines in our fleet, including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and DOT Inspections.
- Willingness to support other roles in company as needed.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in our specialized vehicles and equipment. – Proficient knowledge in electrical systems.
- Conduct thorough engine and system diagnostics using advanced tools and equipment.
- Perform welding and fabrication work on equipment components and structures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and labor hours.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate maintenance and repair schedules,
emphasizing teamwork. - Assist in sourcing and ordering necessary parts and materials specific to our industry.
- Provide guidance and training to junior mechanics or apprentices, if applicable.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in diesel mechanics preferred.
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with diesel engine diagnostic software and tools.
- Knowledge of diesel engine systems, including fuel injection, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in the automotive or equipment repair industry. – Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, as being a team player is crucial in this role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. CDL Required.

Yard Laborer
Part-time with Full-time Opportunity
Assisting in the daily activities of the yard.
Monday-Friday May 1st – October 31st with the possibility of full-time employment.
The Yard Laborer will be responsible for the following duties:
- Helping with deliveries, services, and pick-ups in the field
- Helping repair & clean units
- Maintaining a clean and organized workplace/yard

- Experience with hand & power tools
