At Arnold’s Environmental Services, we take pride in the cleanliness and consistency of every restroom we service. Our Quality Control Lead, Jessica, plays a key role in maintaining these high standards across all routes each week.
Jessica performs random weekly audits at different customer locations to ensure every unit meets our expectations. She checks that each restroom is fully stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer, confirms that the sump has been serviced correctly, and looks for anything that might affect cleanliness such as debris or spider webs.
Using a detailed inspection checklist, Jessica records her findings and assigns a rating of pass, fail, or needs improvement. These audits create a clear system of accountability for our team and help us identify and correct problems before they develop into larger issues. Drivers who achieve a perfect score of 100 percent are entered into a monthly drawing for a $100 gift card as a reward for their hard work and attention to detail.
We also take time to recognize these top-performing team members during our monthly breakfast meetings, where we celebrate their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
