How Arnold’s Uses Real-Time Feedback to Improve Portable Restroom Service
Clean, reliable portable restrooms do not happen by accident.
They come from planning, service, communication, and listening to the people who actually use them. At Arnold’s Environmental Services, we are always looking for better ways to serve our customers across Southeastern Wisconsin. One way we are doing that is by adding AirVote QR-code feedback stickers to more of our portable restroom units.
AirVote gives restroom users a simple way to share feedback from the unit or location they are using. If someone wants to report an issue, leave a comment, or let us know a unit looked great, they can scan the QR code and submit feedback quickly.
As we continue adding AirVote stickers to our units, not every unit may have one yet. The goal is simple: make it easier for customers, guests, workers, and event attendees to send us feedback when they see something we should know about.
Why Feedback Matters in Portable Restroom Service
Most people do not think about portable restrooms until they need one.
At a wedding, festival, construction site, school event, private party, or community gathering, restrooms are one of those details that can quietly shape the experience. When they are clean, stocked, and easy to access, guests and workers can focus on the event or job at hand. When something is wrong, people notice quickly.
That is why feedback matters.
A customer or guest might notice something before our team does. Maybe a unit needs attention earlier than expected. Maybe supplies are running low. Maybe a restroom is in great shape and someone wants to give credit where it is due.
With real-time feedback, those details are easier to catch.
What Is AirVote?
AirVote is a QR-code feedback tool that allows restroom users to quickly share their experience.
When someone scans the QR code on an Arnold’s unit and submits feedback, our team receives an instant alert. That feedback gives us more timely and location-specific information than we might get from a general comment after an event or rental period is already over.
AirVote does not automatically dispatch our team, and it is not connected to our CRM or routing system. It is a communication tool that helps us receive feedback faster, review what is being reported, and respond as appropriate.
For customers and restroom users, it creates another simple way to be heard.
For Arnold’s, it gives our team another layer of awareness in the field.
How This Helps Customers
The goal is simple: better communication and better service awareness.
Using AirVote helps Arnold’s:
Receive instant alerts when feedback is submitted
Collect feedback from specific units or locations
Identify possible service needs faster
Better understand customer and guest experiences
Recognize when our team is doing a great job
Give users another way to communicate with us
Continue improving the overall portable restroom experience
This matters for many types of customers, including event organizers, contractors, homeowners, businesses, parks, schools, municipalities, and wedding venues.
AirVote Supports Our Service Process
Portable restroom service is not just about dropping off a unit and picking it up later.
It is about making sure the right equipment is delivered, placed properly, serviced when needed, and maintained throughout the rental period. Our team still relies on regular service schedules, communication with customers, route planning, and direct calls to the office.
AirVote does not replace those things.
Instead, it supports them.
If something needs attention, AirVote gives users a quick way to let us know. If a unit looks great, it gives users a quick way to share that too. Both types of feedback are useful because they help us understand what is happening in the field.
More Awareness for Events and Job Sites
Every rental has different needs.
A weekend wedding does not have the same traffic as a construction site. A graduation party does not have the same setup as a large festival. A long-term job site may need different service attention than a one-day community event.
Real-time feedback gives Arnold’s another source of information that can help us better understand how units are being used in different situations.
That information can support better communication, better awareness, and a stronger overall service process.
Another Way Arnold’s Is Investing in Quality
Arnold’s has served Southeastern Wisconsin for more than 30 years, and our goal has always been to provide dependable sanitation service with professionalism and care.
Rolling out AirVote is another step in that direction.
It gives customers, guests, workers, and event attendees a simple way to share their experience. It gives our team faster feedback from the field. Most importantly, it helps us keep improving the service people count on.
See Something? Say Something.
As Arnold’s continues adding AirVote stickers to our units, you may start seeing QR codes on select Arnold’s portable restrooms.
If you see one, feel free to scan it and share your feedback.
It only takes a moment, and it can help us better understand what customers, guests, and workers are experiencing in the field.
